However, if your special requirements cannot be fully served by Mr. Hoffmann, HOFFMANN Consultancy will activate its international network. This includes experts in marketing, coaching and training, project and financial management.
As a result, a required expert could be found in almost all business areas. The required work is then carried out either by way of cooperation agreements or by direct mediation and contract forwarding.
About myself
I, Norbert Hoffmann, was born in 1972 in Austria and live in the greater Vienna area.
My professional career started in 1991 at the Motorola manufacturing joint venture of mobile network-infrastructure. I subsequently focused on sales and distribution, order processing, supply chain, logistics, procurement as well as project management.
This enabled me to achieve international (EMEA) successes in personnel management and team development as well as in program management functions. Later I was promoted into the international leadership and team development as a program, supply chain and customer relations manager.
My affinity towards process optimization, supply chain and logistics and my desire to look for new challenges led to the creation of “Hoffmann consultancy” my own business.
